  • What types of products do you offer?

    O-rings, Gaskets, Extrusions, Bushings, Spring Energized Seals, Engineered Seals, Sealing Systems, and Custom Plastic Shapes. Generally, any type of product you would generically label as a seal. We also offer complete technical support for our products.


  • Is Eclipse Engineering Certified?

    Eclipse Engineering is ISO and AS9100 certified. Eclipse is an ITAR registered company.


Engineering

  • Does Eclipse offer Engineering support?

    Yes, we can design products, or complete sealing systems to meet your requirements. Eclipse offers complete technical support for our product line.


  • What temperature range can your products handle?

    From cryogenic to a few thousand degrees depending on the application and type of seal required.


  • What pressures will your products handle?

    We have designed seals for use in full vacuum, and seals used up to 50,000 PSI.


Manufacturing

  • What are your manufacturing capabilities?

    In house we have machining capabilities, CNC lathes and mill, and manual lathe and mill. We also offer assembly and kitting.


  • What type of energizers do you offer in your jacketed seals?

    Cantilever, Canted Coil, Helical, Garter Springs, and O-rings.


  • How large of a seal can you manufacture?

    In house, we can turn parts up to 55” in diameter.


  • How small of a seal can you produce?

    We have made seals with an inner diameter as small as .020".
