What is your order minimum?

Our typical order minimum for stock items is $25 however this can vary greatly by product. For products manufactured by Eclipse, we have a minimum order of $350.

What is your lead-time?

Stock items can usually be shipped same day if need. Manufactured items are normally 3 - 4 weeks, but that is dependent on the design and material requirements.

What types of products do you offer?

O-rings, Gaskets, Extrusions, Bushings, Spring Energized Seals, Engineered Seals, Sealing Systems, and Custom Plastic Shapes. Generally, any type of product you would generically label as a seal. We also offer complete technical support for our products.

Do you have manufacturing capabilities?

Yes, we manufacture our own line of seals and plastic shapes. We are also a distributor for several other types of seals and bushings.

Do you offer a stocking program?

Yes, Eclipse offers blanket orders typically with a 12-month term.

Is Eclipse Engineering Certified?

Eclipse Engineering is ISO and AS9100 certified. Eclipse is an ITAR registered company.

Does Eclipse offer Engineering support?

Yes, we can design products, or complete sealing systems to meet your requirements. Eclipse offers complete technical support for our product line.

What temperature range can your products handle?

From cryogenic to a few thousand degrees depending on the application and type of seal required.

What pressures will your products handle?

We have designed seals for use in full vacuum, and seals used up to 50,000 PSI.

What are your manufacturing capabilities?

In house we have machining capabilities, CNC lathes and mill, and manual lathe and mill. We also offer assembly and kitting.

What type of energizers do you offer in your jacketed seals?

Cantilever, Canted Coil, Helical, Garter Springs, and O-rings.

How large of a seal can you manufacture?

In house, we can turn parts up to 55” in diameter.

How small of a seal can you produce?

We have made seals with an inner diameter as small as .020".
