When you walk in the front door of Eclipse Engineering, sign the register, and walk through the building, you’ll find a collection of equipment found in most manufacturing facilities. There’s a sales department, Engineering department, Quality Control and finally a Machine shop where seals, bearings, and polymer shapes are turned out either one at a time or in the thousands.
If you look a little deeper you’ll see the secret of why our seal company produces the highest quality products, which are delivered at a competitive price on time. It’s really quite simple, it’s the people. We have a turnover rate of near zero every year, and most of our folks have been here 10+ years. We move people up through our organization to continue the knowledge that makes us who we are today.
Our mission at Eclipse is to provide perfect customer service placing our customer first. In so doing, every person working within the organization strives for one common goal, and that’s to take care of the customer. People are life blood of any organization, and at Eclipse we feel we have dedicated staff of people that enjoy coming in and satisfying the needs of our customer. This can be seen from the first phone call where someone answers the phone regardless of the day of the week or time of day. And if you walk to the shipping desk, you’ll find the exact same customer service where our staff packages products to insure they arrive in the same condition they were in when they left the machine.
The growth of this organization is solely dependent those same people that walk through the front door each day.
